Hi, I’m Suzan. I’m a late 20-something brand strategist with a passion for non-profit work and entrepreneurship. I’m also a writer, runner, yogi, and avid reader. And I love food – healthy, 100% nutritious, quality food.
I try to eat a plant-based diet and to leave out meat and dairy as much as I can, although I do eat fish, Greek yogurt, goat cheese, and dark chocolate without guilt. I also love eggs. And, of course, coffee.
My husband Dave and I currently live in central PA, where he is a Ph.D. student and I work full time. I consider food and exercise to be at the core of helping us achieve a lot and be happy and fulfilled at the same time.
Food is so central to every person’s life, so telling my stories through the lens of food makes a lot of sense to me. What we eat, where we eat it, and who we eat with says so much about who we are and how we spend our time.
This blog is my way to share my daily dealings with food, exercise, and many things in between.
